Exceptional experience with friendly staff.

The spacious Executive Double Room provided a comfortable stay, and breakfast was a highlight with a variety of options. the air conditioning was not functioning, leading to discomfort during the night. This hotel is great for a short getaway, but improvements are needed in room temperature control.

staying at pontlands was a delight. the location is beautiful, and having access to the spa made my stay for one night very relaxing. the staff were lovely and incredibly accommodating. the breakfast was fantastic and a highlight of my stay. the neighbouring leisure centre offers wonderful indoor and outdoor pools and a jacuzzi.
